Wondering why I chose Panada & Pukis as the name?

Panada — a fluffy fried bread filled with shredded ikan cakalang — is my go-to food for any occasion. The combination of its sweet, fluffy skin and the slightly spicy shredded cakalang makes it my top comfort food because of its rich flavors. It also looks like a leaf with curly hair.

Meanwhile,

Pukis — a sweet, fluffy bread that comes in multiple flavors, such as chocolate, pandan, and peanut butter — has been my favorite food for as long as I can remember. It all started when I was a kid and my parents used to bring me Pukis every time they went home — a nostalgic treat that still reminds me of the past.
